Sr Manager, Line Maintenance

Position Summary: As a Senior Manager, Line Maintenance, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a 3 shift team in our IVEK pump shop, Line Maintenance Systems and MRO Store Room.

Primary Responsibilities: * Promote and champion a safe work environment * Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that plant equipment and maintenance systems function in an efficient and safe manner * Develop and maintain maintenance programs * Ensure effective management of planned maintenance while keeping repairs to a minimum loss to production * Manage the maintenance budget * Understand and promote the maintenance department as a value added asset to the customer base (Reagents Production). Manufacturing is the customer.

* Ensure compliance within the department for all FDA, Company, Quality, and HSE policies.

* Build and promote continuing education plans to grow the department * Champion Continuous Improvement throughout the department * Lead and promote excellent housekeeping Secondary Responsibilities: * Work with other departments as needed to achieve company goals.

* Support company CSR programs * Mind set of continually improving every day * Order parts as needed * Build and plan repair jobs * Work closely with production scheduling * Facilitate and participate in TPM events * Work with and promote Autonomous Maintenance * Support onboarding of new personnel Education, Skills & Experience: * Bachelors degree with 5 years previous maintenance department management experience * In lieu of a degree, high school diploma/GED with 9 years previous maintenance department management experience * 3 years supervision experience * Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred * OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred * Experience using a CMMS system to manage a maintenance department * Vast working knowledge of rotating equipment * Vast working knowledge production manufacturing equipment * Planner and Scheduler experience * Working knowledge of the Predictive Maintenance fields * TPM experience required * Working knowledge of RBM #LI-JS1
