Synergy HomeCare of Palm Bay is looking for compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA for PRN; Per diem hours, weekdays, and/or weekends in the: Melbourne and surrounding Brevard County area to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

Assist client with ADL's, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration

Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

* Qualifications & Requirements *

HHA Certificate or CNA License

Current FIRST AID & CPR certification

Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months

Pass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse

Reliable transportation/Valid driver’s license.

Experience with ALZ/DEM Memory care a plus!
