Maintenance Lead Person, Industrial Maintenance - Deerfield Beach

Description Responsibilities include: * Leading and guiding the productivity of internal and external labor resources in the absence of the Maintenance Manager/Assistant Maintenance Manager or as assigned * Assisting managers in the execution of the Safety Plan and facilitating safety related activities * Assisting managers in the development of associates * Configuring new operations, equipment, or processes in SAP and * Repairing and maintaining facility equipment.

Required Qualifications * High school diploma or its equivalent * 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment * Knowledge of maintenance practices and the ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatics for all equipment and systems * Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot * Ability to multi-task and demonstrate time management skills (plan, organize and follow-through on tasks) * Ability to teach others how to use manuals, blueprints, and schematics * Ability to analyze information and data * Interpersonal skills * Ability to communicate both verbally and in written format, including developing training material and conducting presentations * Ability to work independently and be a self-starter * Knowledge of Microsoft office suite - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * Knowledge of power and electrical systems and controls * Knowledge of maintenance management systems * Knowledge of manufacturing plant or distribution warehousing facilities * Knowledge of safety pertaining to construction and maintenance * Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations if working in a food manufacturing facility Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of computer electronics, ladder logic, and electrical control systems, including programmable logic control systems.

This also includes knowledge of electrical power distribution systems and high voltage equipment.
