Operations Associate I

We're looking for an Operations Associate I to join our Fremont, CA team!

As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will: * Manufacture and process parts as such that productivity and quality output meet customer satisfaction.

* Communicate with the lead or supervisor any concern or issues arising during processing of parts.

* Utilize light tools and equipment according to instructions/ specifications from customer drawings and procedures.

* Must complete all paperwork required in a timely manner paying attention to details.

* Maintain positive working relationship with co-workers and support groups.

* Show continued improvement to hitting parts per hour goals for station/ process step being run.

* Maintain cleanliness standards required of 5S in the personal work area.

* Adhere to and support company policies and procedures.

* Adhere to safety standards and promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications/Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year manufacturing experience.

* Must have strong math skills, be detail oriented, and be able to follow instructions.

* Able to utilize measurement tools and devices as process requires.

* Must be able to communicate with others and have strong written, verbal and reading skills.

* Work cooperatively with others.

* Demonstrate good manual dexterity.

* Must be able to stand or sit for lengths of time during the shift.

* Must consistently demonstrate good attendance.
