Grand Oaks (facility)

SCHEDULE: Casual/On Call - Days, Evening, Nights, Weekends available

HOURS: 36 hours per month - minimum requirement

JOB SUMMARY:

The Home Health Aide is a member of the home health team who is primarily responsible for providing the personal care services as well as various basic non-nursing care activities for the patient. These activities are performed in accordance with a written assignment and under the supervision of a registered nurse.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Successful completion of a Home Health Aide training program

Requires active, valid HHA License certification with the DC Board of Health

Current CPR certification from either American Red Cross or American Heart Association
