Description Tradesmen International is looking to expand our team of qualified Marine Trade Professionals for current & future projects in and around Newport News, VA . Most positions are first shift with a pay range of $27.31/hour based on experience plus Per Diem to qualified Travelers 60+ miles from the job site.

Job Scope : * Troubleshoot Electrical Equipment and Circuits using Appropriate Test Equipment to Detect and Effect Required Maintenance, Repairs, or Replacement Requirements * Perform Maintenance and Repairs of Generators, Switchboards,,Controllers Circuit Breakers, Electrical Motors, Distribution Panels, Alarm and Lighting Circuits * Conduct Insulation Resistance Measurements of Electrical Cables to Determine Condition and Effects Repairs or Replacements * Supervises and Participates in the Installation and/or Alteration to Electrical Systems and Aboard Ships * Maintain Adequate Inventories of Electrical Spare Parts and Requisitions Replacements * Maintain Electrical System Maintenance Histories, Notating Date and Extent of Repairs and/or Alterations Requirements: * Tools for the Trade * Proper PPE * OSHA 10 is Preferred Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
