Job Description Purpose: Independently perform Senior level support within the maintenance department.

Trains lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks.

Drives technical, safety, and process improvement efforts using a variety of industry methods.

Responsibilities: * Adhere to AbbVie's code of conduct * Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met * Works closely with Department Reliability Engineering regarding; Maintenance Program development, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis.

May facilitate various workshops * Considered an SME (subject matter expert) in advanced skilled trade disciplines * Contributes to developing and delivering technical training modules, OJT's, etc.

* Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization * Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site * Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations * Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization Qualifications * HS diploma with 10+ yrs.

experience or College degree, college certificate, or formal apprenticeship and 5+ years of work experience related to skilled trades or other relevant technical degree * CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired * Proficient computer skills (computerized maintenance management system) and intermediate skills with MS Windows * Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e., machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools) * In some Abbvie Maintenance organizations, electrical skills and knowledge is require Additional Information Applicable only to applicants
