Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Philadelphia location is looking for a new Reefer Customer Care Supervisor to join our Sea Logistics team.

Your Role Reporting to the Sea Logistics Reefer Manager you will represent Kuehne+Nagel in the local community that embraces both internal & external Sea Logistics Customer's.

You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the Customer Care strategy on a local level as well as actively seek for improvements of customer service standards and help deliver customer excellence.

In addition, the Individual will be responsible for leading their Customer Care Location Team by strengthening internal & external customer relationships, on-boarding of new Customer's and new Team members and addressing any and all Customer complaints in a timely & satisfactory manner.

Holding themselves and their Team to the highest Level of Customer Excellence, the overall goal is Customer growth, satisfaction, retention, and Teamwork.

Your Responsibilities * You will provide leadership to local Customer Care team in conjunction with the local Sales Team.

* Provide our customers with the Highest quality of Customer Service.

Responsibilities include maintaining communication with vendor, shipper, customer, carrier and Kuehne+Nagel overseas offices throughout the process.

* Maintain Compliance with US Export Control Laws and Regulations.

* You will oversee staffing and selection decisions, allocate resources and manages project assignments, as necessary.

* Profit Maximization - avoid additional costs & expenses due to internal service failure.

* You will be responsible for continuous improvement of processes and controls aiming for consistent customer satisfaction.

* Customer retention engagement for Sea logistics account portfolio.

* Implementation and support of the Pharma Chain product portfolio * You will collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers on Account implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations.

Your Skills and Experiences * 2+ years' leadership experience leading a team of 3+ direct reports.

* 5 years' Sea or Air Logistics export experience.

* You will have the ability to work from the office 4 days per week.
