POSITION OVERVIEW The goal of the Maintenance technician is to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of the rental properties being managed.

The Maintenance Technician performs inspections and routine maintenance, addresses repairs, and troubleshoots issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other essential components of a property.

This role is eligible for our company benefits package, including: Pay: $24.00-28.00 per hour Benefits: Employee only benefits (health, dental, vision) at no cost to the employee.

Other Benefits: Flexible work schedule Paid time off and holidays 401k Matching RESPONSIBILITIES One of the largest single-family home property management companies is in need of a full-time Maintenance Technician, to do work on the properties we manage.

We are looking for someone that is entrepreneurial-minded and can run their own schedule.

The perfect candidate would be someone that has worked for themselves before and now needs a stable income.

Hours Expected: 40 hours per week.

Work Environment: This position is fully in the field.

You will be responsible for creating your schedule from the work orders we give you.

You'll just need to have your own tools and use your personal vehicle which you are reimbursed for mileage by Evernest.

REQUIREMENTS * Required Skills: Must be jack of all trades (light plumbing, light electrical, carpentry etc). You will be interacting with the residents living in the homes, so you must have excellent communication skills.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
