BHLEX Transporter II-Transport Team

Full-time First

The Transporter II is responsible for the transport of Baptist Health patients to radiology departments and upon discharge from the hospital.

The Transporter II will also assist patient care units with maximum assistance transfers with appropriate utilization of mechanical lifts. Must also intervene appropriately and meet the needs of patients with impaired mental abilities, vision, hearing, or mobility.

Minimum Requirements:

High School graduate or GED

Previous hospital/transport experience desired

BLS within 6 months of hire date

Able to push/pull up to 100 lbs
