Diesel Technician

Diesel Technician Description We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician to join our team specializing in engine repairs for our Distribution Business (Mesa, AZ). We offer Sign On Bonus and Relocation!

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop * Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools * Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles * Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies * Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products * Maintain own tools In order to be successful in this role you will need the following: (Entry): * Primarily engaged in maintenance or basic repairs/diagnostics * Requires direct supervision and review of workmanship quality (Intermediate): * Completes complex internal engine repairs * Performs engine overhauls with limited direct supervision (Advanced): * Ability to troubleshoot with limited/no support from diagnostic tools * Larger more complicated engine rebuilds * Mentor junior technicians including technical support and documentation DOT (if applicable) Compensation and Benefits Base Salary rate commensurate with experience.
