HVAC Mechanic

JOB SUMMARY: * This position is responsible for HVAC for general facility, building and equipment maintenance and repair.

* Tasks include: Work Order completion, Preventative Maintenance completion, problem identification and resolution, determination of material and supplies required for problem resolution, documentation of activities, utilization of the Computer Maintenance Management System, and communicating with the department's management.

* PM completion and repair of rack refrigeration, dx cooling unit, gas fire boilers and hot water heaters, Air handling units with hot and chilled water, pumps, and exhaust fans, and variable speed drives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Experience with HVAC and Refrigeration Rack System troubleshooting.

* 10 + yrs in the HVAC /Refrigeration Field.

* Basic computer skills * Valid Universal EPA Certification * Valid Journeyman license * Experience with Metasys energy management a plus.

* M-F, including "on call"
