Shift: Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Day shift Location: This position will split time between The Christ Hospital practices located at Anderson, Montgomery, and Mt.

Auburn.

Anderson - 7691 Five Mile Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45230 Montgomery - 11140 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249 Mt.

Auburn - 2139 Auburn Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45219 Position Description: This candidate will serve as an office-based ENT and allergy APP.

Travel between multiple practice locations will be required.

APP may also be responsible for some inpatient consults, as needed during normal business hours.

Job Overview: The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) may be a PA or NP that has been prepared with the appropriate graduate level education and authorized to practice and prescribe as such.

The schedule will include working Monday through Friday, rotating between the Anderson, Montgomery, and Mt.

Auburn practices.

Potential weekend and/or call coverage will be during normal business hours, as needed.

This position is strictly office based.

ENT experience is preferred but not required.

Education: Graduate from accredited Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

License/Certification: * DEA license * BLS certified * ACLS certified (preferred but not required) Certified Nurse Practitioner: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner certification verified by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN), American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Current, valid license (registration) by the Ohio Board of Nursing or applicable state board OR Physician Assistant: Graduate from accredited physician assistant program with a Master's Degree Physician Assistant Certification (verified by the National Commission or the Certification of Physician Assistant - NCCPA.

Current, valid license (registration) by the state Medical Board of Ohio or applicable state medical board.

Current Certificate to prescribe by the State Medical Board of Ohio.
