Employment Litigation Associate (Mid-Level)

Our client has an opening in the San Francisco, CA office for an associate in their Labor & Employment Department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience.Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (JD) required.

Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Experience in defending against single plaintiff litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, reasonable accommodation.

Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.

Experience drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery.

Experience drafting and arguing motions including dispositive and discovery motions,

Experience taking and defending deposition including taking plaintiffs deposition and defending deposition of corporate witnesses

Experience in employment counseling on federal and state employment laws and regulations.
