Utility Mechanic

Will be responsible for repairing HVAC/mechanical/refrigeration systems either by replacing or renewing.# Inspects,tests, troubleshoots and repairs electrical circuitry or mechanical equipment as needed.

High school diploma/GED preferred or technical training equivalent plus 5 years of specialized training in the electrical and mechanical field.# Training in specific items of equipment such as boilers, chillers, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building automations systems desirable.# Must have valid NC driver#s license with a good driving history.

Must be able to lift and or carry objects weighing up to fifty(50) lbs.

Must be able to take call.
