Job Description Part Time Center for Civic Engagement Support Staff Administrative (non-benefited exempt position at 5 hours per week @ $6,000.

REPORT TO: Zachary Thomas, Strategy Leader, Center for Civic Engagement POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision of, reporting to, and coordinating with the Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) Lead Strategist, the CCE Support Staff is responsible for providing primary leadership to implement the provisions set forth in the CCE HEAP.

POSITION DUTIES: * Provide administrative oversight of the CCE HEAP.

* Collaborate with the CCE Lead Strategist to convene stakeholders/coalitions to implement CCE HEAP.

* Collaborate Community Liaison of targeted area identified in CCE HEAP to build community buy-in, support, and engagement.

* In collaboration with CCE Lead Strategist, CCE Coalitions, and Community Liaison, lead a community-based process that develops a plan to improve the health and wellness of the targeted area.

* Communicate regularly with CCE Lead Strategist, stakeholders/coalitions on progress and challenges associated with CCE HEAP implementation.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Meets regularly with CCE Lead Strategist.

* Maintains adherence to CCE HEAP timeline, ensuring all required activities are completed on time.

* Provides reporting of all activities associated CCE HEAP to CCE Lead Strategist.

* Maintains sensitivity to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school diploma/GED.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a part-time 12-month position, with general hours of work and days as scheduled by the Strategy Leader, Center for Civic Engagement.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: The qualified candidate shall have any combination of education, training, and/or work experience which indicates possession of the knowledge and abilities needed to perform the job duties listed below.

(For example: Education and/or experience in coalition work and collective impact; education and/or experience in strategic planning; education and/or experience in social determinants of health; education and/or experience in project management.) The qualified candidate shall have excellent written and verbal communication skills, capacity to work in a collaborative setting, and ability to be productive with limited resources.

Most importantly, the qualified candidate shall carry a passion in supporting the efforts necessary to improve the health and wellness of residents of Findlay-Hancock County.
