Key Responsibilities: * Manage all bookkeeping tasks including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and monthly financial reporting.
* Conduct detailed account reconciliations to maintain accuracy in financial records.
* Utilize intermediate Excel skills to perform essential functions such as maintaining spreadsheets and simple data analysis.
* Support administrative functions such as scheduling, managing communications, and maintaining office supplies.
* Assist with job costing activities and prepare invoices, ensuring timely follow-up with clients.
* Streamline accounting processes using QuickBooks Online and maintain data integrity.
