About the Job: As an Associate Internal Outreach Analyst, you will provide data analytics and insight for all internal outreach department deliverables, including bridal shows and community outreach events.

This individual will work with several data sources and be expected to create and maintain dashboards.

In addition, this role may include tasks such assisting with validating data, retrieving data from multiple systems, and blending data from multiple sources.

This role reports to the Director, Internal Outreach Operations.

What You'll Do Key Accountabilities * Participate in analyzing business data associated with the implementation and maintenance of Outreach Initiatives.

* Design and develop efficient processes for extracting and loading data to meet the needs of department projects.

* Establish Outreach department business intelligence reporting and visualization of KPI's and department dashboard.

* Interpret complex data and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

* Identify and solve a range of problems; analyze workable solutions and assess each using established procedures or create innovative solutions using internal or external resources.

* Determine the needs, gaps, and opportunities in the current reporting process while developing the CRM system and analytical reporting needed for successful business operations.

* Manage calendar of outreach events including bridal shows, conventions, and business events.

* Manage and support the identification and research of new developments and uses of current systems and applications, such as Microsoft Office 365 and Tableau.

* Acts as a liaison for data users on reporting and non-standard requests or tasks to deliver desired outcome.

* Additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring Skills & Experience * Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years relevant work experience may substitute for education requirement.

* Experience with data visualization development and knowledge of various methodologies.

* Basic knowledge of project management principles, a plus.

* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills * Understanding of how to write standard operating procedures.

* Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.

* Adapt to rapidly changing environments and priorities.

* Beginning to Intermediate working knowledge of Pivot tables, Macros, MS Access, and SQL * Excellent communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands * Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.

* Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.

* Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.

* Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.

* Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates.

* Position is Hybrid based in our Houston Corporate Office.
