PWT is seeking an Accounting Technician to work in Burlington, WA.

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy, effective time management, and a desire to learn new skills and further professional growth.

Salary: $24-$26 per hour Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

* Match, batch, code and enter AP invoices timely and accurately * Investigate issues associated with invoice processing by coordinating with purchasing staff and/or vendors to determine resolution * Analyze vendor statements, researching and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner * Set up and review vendor files to ensure all necessary documentation has been collected * Review employee credit card program to ensure all cardholders have submitted receipts, coded, and approved charges * Process out of pocket expense reimbursements * Provide backup/coverage within the Accounting team * Perform other duties as necessary Competencies * Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy * Ability to learn new tools and technology quickly * Prioritize duties and responsibilities to meet deadlines * Demonstrate the ability to work individually and within team * Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbal and written * Ability to interact with a variety of people at all organizational levels * Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
