JOB OVERVIEW: This position leads the delivery and execution of processes, tools, and controls for compliance with workforce laws and regulations.

This position works closely with Brand Operations, HR, Legal, and IT partners to develop simplified and effective compliance solutions to drive compliance with wage and hour laws, including programming for breaks, meal periods, predictive scheduling, and scheduling of minors.

This position oversees and maintains internal compliance resources to support brand operations, including an internally developed compliance tool, My Compliance Hub.

This position is responsible for investigating, managing, and tracking workforce compliance matters and interpreting trends.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES: * Drives delivery and execution of key workforce compliance tools and processes.

* Works closely with brand and technology partners to develop and implement key compliance controls to address enterprise workforce compliance risks.

* Analyzes risks and provides guidance and support to operations and brand HR partners on workforce compliance matters.

* Develops, communicates, and implements compliance strategy in partnership with Operations and other support functions.

* Provides accurate tracking and analytics on workforce compliance matters.

Communicates trends and concerns to senior leadership and Operations.

Develops and implements strategies to proactively address challenges.

* Manages individual and team performance through performance management practices, ongoing feedback, and coaching.

* Analyzes processes and leverages technology to develop and implement procedures/practices that increase efficiencies and productivity.

* Represents department in cross-functional projects and other special projects as assigned.

* Manages external vendors to support compliance program functions and goals.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: * Proven program and project management skills, demonstrating leadership and accountability.

* Proven leadership in building and implementing new systems and tools.

* Exercising judgment in managing inquiries and investigations on compliance matters.

* Demonstrates excellent analytical, investigative, organizational, and time management skills.

* Demonstrates exceptional listening and communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills at all levels including the executive level.

* Understands and executes change management principles and practices.

* Exhibits strong working knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, HR practices and labor relations practices.

* Ability to analyze large amounts of information to interpret and make recommendations regarding trends.

* Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills through positively motivating people, valuing others' ideas, and being a cultural leader.

* Demonstrates character and integrity in all dealings.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's Degree in legal studies, human resources, business or related discipline * 5+ years progressive professional experience in ethics and compliance, legal, or human resources environment that includes: * Strong program and process management experience, including leading cross-functional teams * Assessing, designing, structuring, and implementing compliance initiatives * Strong analytical skills in reviewing current and proposed compliance laws and regulations * Investigating, responding to and resolving legal or compliance matters * Analyzing regulations, data and information * Practical application of employment laws * CCEP, PMP or other relevant certifications preferred
