Estimator

The primary role we are seeking will perform estimation tasks for commercial and residential bids and provide construction estimation for contracted insurance jobs.

Maintain daily communication with management, sales representatives, and department heads.

Review all construction bids and blueprints and provide take-offs.

Prepare formal bids, and submit construction details for insurance scopes.

Provide GC's and insurance adjusters with the required documents and photo evidence to support our processes and installs.

Follow up with GC's and insurance adjusters for pending bids and insurance supplements.

Prepare invoice totals for GC's and insurance payments for work in progress.

Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm Supplemental Pay: Commission License/Certification Requirements: Intern or recent grad with a Bachelors/Masters degree in Construction Management required.

Blue Beam or other estimation software experience required.

Ability to read and decipher blueprints and provide take-off's.

Xactimate experience preferred.

Previous estimation experience a plus.
