Automotive Technical Service Representative Development Program

The program will include the following experiences: * Build acumen around the SW business, segments, customers, and go-to-market strategy * Gain a thorough understanding of Sherwin-Williams technical service and sales processes * Build technical service skills and aptitude * Develop plans and diagnostic methods to effectively understand and address customer needs * Execute product application, product training methods, and troubleshoot product issues * Support the sales organization to achieve financial goals and gain an understanding of P&L management * Build cross-functional partnerships with and understand the interaction of Sales, Operations, & R&D to execute the business strategy * Gain a strong understanding of the Automotive Division's product offerings and technical applications Position Summary As a development program trainee, you will work out of one of our training centers located in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Chicago, or Dallas.

You will learn the fundamental technical skills and information to be the expert on Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes and best demonstrated practices for application of the products.

Responsibilities may include attending product certification classes, applying basic application technologies, troubleshooting common coatings issues, maintaining refinish tools & equipment, color matching, and more.
