**Preferred Qualifications** + Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school + 5 years of legal experience **Job Summary** As a Senior Counsel, you'll work as part of the legal team to assist in public company reporting and governance.

A successful candidate should have experience drafting and reviewing SEC filings including annual, quarterly and periodic reports and have a firm understanding of securities rules and regulations and exchange listing requirements, preferably NYSE.

You will support the corporate secretary function and assist in the administration of governance related policies including the insider trading policy and related-person transaction policy.

You will work regularly across teams supporting finance, accounting, investor relations and public relations.

Candidate should be a self-starter and have exceptional organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
