CASHIER Start Date: May 2024 SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The City of Laurel Department of Parks & Recreation is currently recruiting to fill summer Cashier positions at our outdoor swimming pools and Lakehouse facility.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Calculates monies due, receives money and provides change to swimming pool patrons purchasing memberships and daily pool passes * Answers phone calls * Completes registrations for various lessons and events * Must be knowledgeable or willing to learn Point of Sale software.

* Performs routine upkeep and cleaning of facilities * Performs other related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum age requirement is 18 years, Monday-Sunday 11:30-8:30pm.
