Fund Launch, a leading education company for Funds (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, etc), is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team.

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our executives and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing their calendars, arranging meetings, coordinating travel, preparing reports and presentations, and handling various administrative tasks.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers the opportunity to work closely with executives and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings

Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports

Handle incoming calls and emails, and manage executive's inquiries

Handle confidential information with discretion

Handle day-to-day personal tasks and needs

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

Highly organized with excellent time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
