Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst to join our expanding Global Sourcing and Procurement (GSP) team. Do you excel in leading strategic sourcing projects, performing data analysis, supporting negotiations of Procurement Managers and negotiations of agreements across multiple spend categories? Years of Experience

3-5 years of experience in Technology Procurement or a similar analytical role

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Information Systems (or MIS), Economics, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain Management. Four additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Purchase Manager (C.P.M.) or equivalent certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, RFP 360, Excel, and other relevant tools.

Collaborate with the Sourcing & Procurement team and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for reporting and analytics solutions.

Support the creation and evaluation of RFPs.

Support the negotiations and execution of contracts.

Managing the storage of all internal contractual documentation, ensuring information is accurate and well-maintained for easy reporting.

Tracking and reporting on contractual commitments for our major vendors

Managing procurement tools such as spending and RFP tools.

Creating and tracking orders and related to them data such as expiration and commitment.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.

Action-oriented and solution-minded team player with a high degree of self-management.

Focus on process-orientation and have excellent attention to detail.

Experience with support applications like Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Spend Analytics and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P)

Logical reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills/methodology

Able to work independently and as a member of a team.

Able to balance and prioritize multiple high-priority projects.

Proficiency with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
