Overview of the Position:
As the Head of IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and Digital Transformation for Emerging Markets, you’ll be leading the development and execution of IBP strategies to optimize business performance across various functions such as supply chain, sales, and finance. You will work closely with the Global Planning team and the local leadership teams to ensure consistency on the strategy and execution (in total 3 markets in Latam and 5 in East).
Key Responsibilities:
You will decide the country priorities for the digital transformation Roadmap based on your initial assessment on the maturity level, leveraging technology and data to enhance long term visibility and market competitiveness in emerging markets. Key duties will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving change management efforts, identifying innovative solutions for the local market ensuring alignment with global standard.

Hard Skills & Experiences:
Proven record of IBP and S&OP knowledge and implementation S&OP and Logistics experiences in structured companies
Experience in managing complex projects on a regional level
Knowledge of emerging markets dynamics is a plus

Strong in communication and ability to lead without authority in a virtual environment
Change management abilities in order to help people embrace new ways of working
Deep in technical aspects of planning systems while keeping the big picture for the long term
Strong ownership and independency in designing and implementing the long term strategy
