Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue growth within the Florida market. This role is commission-based only with a lucrative residual income component, offering unlimited earning potential for motivated individuals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in sales, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a deep understanding of the legal support services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets within assigned district.

Identify and cultivate relationships with law firms, legal professionals, corporate legal departments, and other potential clients.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our comprehensive suite of legal support services.

Actively prospect new clients through cold calling, networking events, and other lead generation activities.

Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the legal services or related industry.

Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Reliable vehicle and cell phone required for travel and client meetings.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Knowledge of legal processes, terminology, and industry regulations is a plus.
