Job Description: As a Syndicated Loan Transaction Coordinator within the Corporate Investment and Commercial Banks, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage and maintain a portfolio of active leveraged and high grade loan transactions.

You will work closely with various internal and external parties, ensuring all necessary information is reviewed for operational feasibility and optimal execution.

This role provides the opportunity to interact with stakeholders internationally on cross-border transactions, originating out of North America.

Job Responsibilities: * Collect and review legal loan documentation ensuring operational standards are met, while assisting internal colleagues with fee documentation and recognition * Liaise and coordinate pre-closing requirements with internal and external clients (i.e.

Debt Capital Markets, Syndicate, Credit Risk, Loan and Agency Services, Product Control, Legal, Trade Settlements, Borrowers and Lenders) * Assist with ad-hoc inquiries from Borrowers, Lenders, and Arrangers pertaining to the closing process and ongoing maintenance of the deal * Initiate and coordinate trade settlement process with ClearPar and internal trade settlement team for Institutional Term Loan transactions * Assist internal colleagues with fee documentation and recognition * Execute best practices and control, risk mitigation and escalation point of contact * Participate in projects and provide valuable input with various working groups created to enhance performance and efficiency Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: * Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Proven ability to collaborate with team members and senior management across and within the lines of business with a keen attention to detail, and strong analytical capability * Critical decision-making abilities including the ability to identify, escalate, and propose solutions to problems * Ability to multi-task through the practice of strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: * 1- 2 years of Syndicated Loan experience is preferred * Demonstrated understanding of financial services, specifically within Investment Banking
