Job Description: As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing and treating patients to develop, recover, and maintain their daily living and work skills. Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients' conditions, creating customized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities.

Teach patients adaptive strategies and use of assistive devices.

Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Education and Certification Requirements:

Bachelors or Masterâ s degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) or related field.

Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
