Maintenance Personnel Westside

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Maintenance Persons to join our team.

The Maintenance Person will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including Self Storage properties, shopping plazas and more.

This is a crucial role that requires a proactive and reliable individual who can address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance, and carpentry.

Conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.

Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.

Keep records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Perform general janitorial duties as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role.

Strong knowledge of various maintenance areas, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Basic carpentry skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair common maintenance issues.

Must provide own basic hand and power tools and vehicle.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Ability to read, write and understand English.

Must possess a Valid Drivers License and current automobile insurance.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Background check is required.
