Overview:

The Manager, HR Analytics and Research provides workforce insights, and designs / develops reporting and analytics solutions for the TA function. This role integrates HR data with other relevant business functions and operations to create analyses and insights that support business and HR decisions.

Responsibilities:

Leverages multiple data sources to provide data driven insights to develop to a more predictive rather than reactive manner across a wide range of business disciplines

Compiles, analyzes, and visualizes complex data sets to provide strategic insight across all HR functions.

Designs descriptive people analytics models and assists in driving the analytics to become more predictive.

Integrate HR data with relevant business functions and operations to create analyses and insights that inform decisions.

Monitors workforce trends to enable informed decisions.

Partners with key partners both inside and outside the department to identify and define analytical requirements to support of both ongoing operations and new initiatives.

Optimizes existing HR reporting capabilities to assist the HR organization and business through data visualization tools.

Presents relevant trends in clear, succinct reports and demonstrates the implications of the trends on the business.

Maintains and optimizes procedures for the metrics report generating process; Leads efforts to improve and/or automate the reporting process.

Prepares Ad-hoc analysis as required.

Owns the maintenance of all data within Human Resources such as, but not limited to; headcount, attrition data, open reqs, filled reqs, time-to-fill, diversity, etc.

Ensures accurate State & Government HR Reporting

Leads the creation and maintenance of weekly, monthly, and annual HR metrics and dashboards inclusive of compelling visualizations.

Partners with HRIS and key stakeholders to ensure data integrity as needed.

Supports continuous process improvement by analyzing manual/administrative processes to determine how to automate tasks/processes.

Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Analytics, HR Operations, or equivalent work experience.

Five or more years current and progressive experience in Talent / People Analytics, HR Operations, Talent Management, Total Rewards, or similar field for a large global Fortune 500 organization.

4+ years’ experience performing analysis of stakeholder business needs and applying to system configuration.

4+ years’ experience building and implementing HRIS integrations between systems.

SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED

Advanced: Excel Spreadsheet, Presentation/PowerPoint, HRIS Systems.

ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE SKILLS

Experience working with PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors and/or iCIMS preferred.

Knowledge of HR database/reporting systems.

Data Visualization: Able to translate information into a visual context, such as a dashboard or graphs, to make data easier to understand and pull insights from.

Benefits:

The annual base salary range is $80000 - $88000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
