Our client is in need of a Customer Service Rep / Dispatcher experienced in using Excel.

Essential skills and experience:

* Scheduling jobs for technicians and verifying that they have the parts and equipment to do the job

* Must be very proficient with Excel

* Strong customer service skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Strong organization skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Able to manage multiple priorities at one time

* Very proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
