Air Conditioning Engineer : Lewisham : GBP 44,000 Location:Lewisham Salary: GBP 40,000 : GBP 44,000 Plus Overtime Hours :Days Monday to Friday 8AM:5PM PRS is currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer tobe looking after a Contract located in South London.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance with an all:around understanding of most M and E/Fabric plants.

You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance.

Duties: : Maintaining/repairing and serving a large variety of AC and refrigeration : Lead a team of Engineers : Plant Splits, VRV's, VRF's, chillers, down flow units and Heat Pumps : Some minor general maintenance : HVAC Plant and all associated Equipment : AHU Plant and associated Equipment : Split System Maintenance : VRV Servicing : Chiller Servicing : AHU Servicing Requirements: : NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds Equivalent (minimum) Air:conditioning and refrigeration : Commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background : Experience with VRVs, VRFs, chillers, Air handling units : F Gas2079/2089qualified : Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge : Flexible with a positive attitude and approach Package: : 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays : Pension Scheme : Cycle work to scheme : After 6 months' probation healthcare and 5 sick days.
