Job Description & Qualifications:
Job Summary
Manage and coordinate daily activities of company operations. Participates in developing and implementing policies and procedures. Prepare financial and/or operational analyses and reports. Audits current procedures to improve efficiency of operations.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Manages the daily operations of the company and its various components.
Develops or assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation
Creates repeatable processes and implements the best practices.
Reviews and interprets financial and operating information.
Prepares financial/business reports for senior company executives.
Motivates associates to achieve peak productivity and performance.
Supervises personnel, which includes work allocation, training, development, and problem resolution. Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
Nature and Scope
Solutions require analysis and investigation.
Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles and practical experience.
Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.
Work Environment
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older
Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable
Education and Experience
Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline. Generally 7+ years experience in related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
Pay: $65,622.29- $93,746.13/Yr
