We are presently searching for a temporary HR Analyst supporting our HR Leadership Team. The analyst will conduct research, analysis, interpretation and reporting for a variety of HR programs. Responsible for developing, updating and auditing spreadsheets and databases to ensure accuracy, integrity, efficiencies and compliance for the Firm.

Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced Excel and data analysis skills to develop and run reports for use in a variety of corporate needs both on a regular and ad-hoc basis. Key support on all compliance related reporting.

Evaluates the organization’s jobs and job structures, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions.

Assist in configuration, communication and administration of performance management and other employee engagement programs and activities.

Assist with job matching and market pricing Firm job titles, analyzing data both internally and externally to provide recommendations for annual or ad-hoc pay increases.

Provide additional analytical support for twice annual Bonus compensation process.

Help coordinate ESOP and 401k program to include testing, audits, communication and administration.

Assist in the research and interpretation of HR policies, practices, and industry trends to facilitate best in class programs.

Provide additional analytical support and follow up on status of HR projects, employee requests and other related activities.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Finance preferred.

2-4 years’ experience providing analytical support in a related area.

Skills & Abilities:

· Critical thinking, problem solving, analytical and reporting skills.

· Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting deadlines.

· Advanced Excel skills.

Prior experience with ADP Workforce Now and Vision / Deltek preferred.
