Cabinet Installer / Trim Carpenter

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced cabinet installers that specialize in Frameless/Full access cabinets. We have multiple positions to fill including full time lead installers, apprentices, and sub-contractors. We primarily work in the Luxury/High end market utilizing custom and semi-custom cabinets from several manufacturers. Lead installers must have 5 years of experience working in a cabinet/carpentry profession. Apprentices must have carpentry knowledge and the desire to learn. (Apprentice hourly pay range will be $20 to $25 per hour based on experience.)

Expected Responsibilities/Requirements include:

Ability to read plans with drawings, dimension and job specifics.

Oversee the job and manage your time efficiently.

Ability to unbox, organize, inspect product for damage while keeping the jobsite clean.

Perform the cabinet installation in a timely and professional manner.

Utilize software to log photos, job progress and document other jobsite concerns.

Ability to ask questions and problem solve issues if they do arise during the installation process.

Ability to perform service on jobs that you may not have originally installed.

Work with other installers on larger jobs that sometimes require multiple crews.

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
