To support Sales Division with collaterals and sales leads.

To support operations team to build Customer Relationship through segmented marketing.

Establish a feedback mechanism with customer to constantly capture customer preferences, complaints and expectations.

Maintain the key customer metrics which leads to understanding of customer satisfaction and journey over customer lifecycle

Event Management .

Collaborative initiatives with PR department to deliver Industry specific content.
