AutoCAD Construction Permit Coordinator

Pay Range:

$30-$35 per hour (Paid Weekly)

This is a 12-month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of the CAD Construction Permit Coordinator:

Preparing & Submitting Permits to Entities or Reviewing/Redlining Permits for Entities

Coordinates contractor work and make-ready, obtains permits, pole applications, and access or ROW agreements, and distributes design prints and other necessary working documents.

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications of the CAD Construction Permit Coordinator:

Minimum HS diploma or GED

1 or more year of experience preferred in related field (i.e. Construction, Permitting, Civil Engineering etc.)

AutoCAD experience

Experience reading and interpreting civil drawings; including stationing and aerial/underground utility symbology

Experience or Understanding of basic underground utility construction design and practices

Project Management experience/skills, although past title of Project Manager not necessary

Strong relationship building skills – important for both internal and external relationships
