Overview:

Instrumental in planning, coordinating and execution of programs and functions for all facets of the Information Governance team. Accomplishes strategic objectives by working on multiple project activities. A large part of the role will be performing special projects for different members of the Information Governance leadership team.

Duties:

• Assist the Information Governance leadership team in accomplishing multiple strategic projects and objectives.

• Learn and understand the needs of the operations, what they require to accomplish their business objectives and how that fits within the company Information Governance guidelines.

• Develop project requirements and identifies appropriate solutions. Build positive relationships with all individuals involved.

• Collaborate with management to create documentation on processes and procedures with the Information Governance department.

• Review/assessment of agreements/contracts related to Information Governance vendors.

• Arbitrate and document finalized business decisions between differing perspectives related to FNF application assets.

• Schedule and organize meetings.

• Prepare notes both in advance of and post attended meetings for consumption by attendees.

• Share learned knowledge from educational experiences to team members.

• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with business units.

• Collect inputs and prepare weekly and monthly status reports as required (both detailed reports and executive status).

• Interact frequently with team, management and, where required, business units to define requirements and identify appropriate solutions.

Education:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent.

• Hire on abilities, aptitude, and a positive attitude.

Proactively looks at the ‘big picture’ to meet both short and long-term goals.
