About the Role:

Compliance Analyst

Job Summary:

The Compliance Analyst works to ensure efficient operations of the Compliance Department. This position is analytical and must be able to uncover trends and potential issues; maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements; and be an effective communicator. The Compliance Analyst seeks to create and improve processes that increase company compliance. This position will serve as a subject matter expert and represent Compliance on project teams.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize communicate and keep current regulatory requirements issued by CMS FCC and other related agencies. Document in such a way that requirements can be easily searchable shared internally and referenced against a timeline.

Oversee Agent Progressive Disciplinary Reporting across all carriers by consolidating reporting. Strengthen the feedback loop from carrier conversations themes emerging from complaints corrective actions and similar inputs with the quality assurance scorecards and training.

Improve overall vendor compliance oversight by providing compliance oversight during vendor onboarding testing and validation phases. Provide ongoing vendor compliance oversight by utilizing Anura reporting daily to gain oversight and perform remediation examining complaint trends against lead sources to uncover issues/concerns and perform remediation. Serve as the compliance point of contact for heightened vendor oversight ensuring proper documentation and record keeping throughout.

Oversee the team’s documentation storage and general tracking approaches and identify improvements to increase team efficiency. Identify technical solutions including COTS tools and AI technology that can help the team increase efficiency capacity and overall performance. Ensure proper documentation and regular review of standard operating procedures.

Serve as a project manager and analyst for compliance projects to support requirements gathering and various inquiries to keep projects moving forward.

Utilize the team’s various tracking mechanisms to identify trends and offer insights into areas of improvement. Prepare materials and facilitate discussions based on trends.

Create and document standard operating procedures where necessary.

Proven ability to analyze data identify trends and recommend action

Strong project management skills

Ability to effectively prioritize work and multitask in a rapidly-evolving

environment

Enjoys the challenge of new complex problems and learning new information on-the-fly

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required

At least 5 years of experience identifying documenting and improving processes required

Proven track record of working quickly while maintaining work integrity

This position has no budget responsibility authority and/or level of control.

Physical Requirements:

Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
