Block Maker, $17 – 1st Shift - Spring Lake

Preferred Qualifications:

Machine Operator experience is preferred.

Experience using Bridgeport’s CNC Lathes, Surface Grinders, Band Saws and Drill Presses

Able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, instructions, etc.

Experience using measurement devices including calipers and micrometers.

May be required to obtain a power industrial truck license.

Preferred Skills:

Able to follow written and oral instructions.

Attention to detail.

Self-starter

Organized

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Quick learner

Positive attitude

This position reports directly to the Plant Manager/CNC Manager. The Block Maker is responsible for metal processing and preparing various metal materials, such as steel, in preparation for secondary CNC machining.
