Assemble valves, and/or valve components using assembly machinery or jigs and fixtures.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Follow prescribed A.T.I.’s (Assemble test instructions) in order to maintain excellent quality standards.

Test and/or package valves and components in individual boxes and into master cartons, marking same with the proper identification labels and instructional materials.

Completion of recaps, production records, and quality control documents.

Routine Housekeeping – 5-S activities.

Continuous repetitive assembling of valves and/or sub parts.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

Previous assembly experience required

High School Diploma or GED

MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISON

Ensure company policies are followed.

Enforce company safety policies.

*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

HOURLY RATE - $20.00 - $22.00 hourly

*WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work in office environment

May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting
