What youll be doing:

Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.

Provide assistance with personal care / Toileting assistance

Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.

Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.

Properly manage household needs - light house keeping such as Laundry, Mopping,Sweeping.

Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

Present and conduct themselves in a professional manner

Adhere to infection control and Covid 19 safety procedure precautions

Errands and accompanying to appointments ( if needed)

What were looking for:

A passion for caring to help serve others live their best lives possible.

At least 18 years of age with an acceptable resume & references (at least 3)

Minimum of 6 months of experience working with a range of senior clients

High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.

Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray taken within the last 3 months

Must be a Registered Home Care Aide with the CA Dept. of Social Services

Live Scan Service Completion (Fingerprint Clearance)

Valid driver's license & Car insurance (reliable car to transport clients)

Satisfactory verbal and written English skills

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Comprehensive Benefits Include:

Supplemental Pay: $150 sign on bonus, after completing 90 hours of service
