Familiarity with Accretech UF3000EX automated probe stations is a big plus

Wafer level device measurement experience is needed

Automation of measurements and of data analysis using:

C/C++, Python, Labview, MS Excel

Experience in performing semiconductor device measurements using semiconductor parameter analyzers, pulse generators, waveform generators, switch matrices, oscilloscopes, LCR meters,

Familiarity with Semiconductor device physics of:

CMOS transistors, flash memories, and/or DRAM

Day to day activities include taking measurement data and publishing reports

Other:

The person needs to be a self-motivated, self-initiated but open-minded person

Good skills in interacting with other teams and customers
