QUALIFICATIONS

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Experience

Excellent Communication Skills

Respectable Mechanical Skills

Class A or Class B CDL

Medical Certificate

Preferred: (N) Tank Vehicle Endorsement, (H) Hazardous Materials Endorsement or (X) Tanker/HAZMAT Combo Endorsement

Valid Driver’s License

Acceptable driving record, able to be insurable through company vehicle insurance

Communicate customer needs and inquires to appropriate personnel for follow up

Conduct required pre and post trip inspections

Load and unload product for delivery following weight guidelines set forth by the vehicle type

Maintain equipment and facilities in a neat, clean, safe and environmental sound condition

Maintain necessary truck and delivery logs

Operate receiving systems and equipment in a safe and efficient manner to receive product and unload trucks

Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Frequently required to sit for extended periods of time

Occasionally required to stand and/or walk

Occasionally required to lift heavy objects no more than 75 pounds

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS

Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed

Willingness to work various weather elements including cold, heat, wind, rain, etc.
