Your Role with the Company:

Full time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Team based mindset with collaborative environment

FNP will work in a cardiovascular setting assessing patient's physical and psychosocial health/illness status through taking history and physical examination

Nurse Practitioner will diagnose, manage, and refer patients with patients with acute, episodic, or chronic illness

Background Profile:

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

2+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP

Active MA License
