Position: Welder / Fabricator

Diamond Coring Co. Inc. is seeking an experienced and creative Welder / Fabricator for its Chicago, IL (Southeast side) facility.

Duties:

Operate forklifts, hoists, hand power tools, slings, grinders, cutting torch and other hand tools related to the jobs needs.

Willingness to cross-train and perform the work of other job tasks in addition to the primary assigned position. Perform a variety of tasks, as required.

Experience:

2 - 4 years as a Welder / Fabricator

Other Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Perform work standing up in work cell for 8-10 hours per day and up to 6 days a week. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Diamond Coring Co. Inc. will also perform a background check.
