Responsibilities
Understand client insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
Explain insurance options, coverage details, and terms to clients
Assist clients with insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Manage policy renewals, reviewing coverage and making updates as needed
Guide clients through the claims process, providing support and advocacy
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new products
Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and excellent service
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Sales or client-facing background preferred.
Insurance experience beneficial but not required.
Must exhibit trustworthiness, reliability, and ethics.
Coachable mindset essential.
Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills needed.
Strong interpersonal communication crucial.
