ROLE DESCRIPTION:

LaVonne Gorsuch Insurance Agency

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish genuine customer relationships and follow up with customers.

Meet and welcome our clients as they call, come in or e-mail us.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about options to protect what matters most to them.

General Office/Administrative duties.QUALIFICATIONS:

Dedicated to letting our clients know they are valued and important to us during every conversation with them.

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.

Able to obtain Property and Casualty License.

Able to obtain a Life/Health License.

Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.

Interested in marketing products and services based on the individual, specific needs of our clients.BENEFITS:
